Pegeen, one of the people Francie met on his travels around the Emerald Isle [Ireland], is now an orphan. Her friend, a priest called Father Kelly decides that she shouldn't go to her uncle Dan, who lives in America. When Pegeen arrives at the O'Sullivan house, Mrs. O'Sullivan soon learns she isn't dealing with a quiet child. I really enjoy reading this book.
